Bike & Equipment Insurance *

No Thanks Crash/Theft €15 per bike

You may pay an additional fee for bicycle and equipment insurance which will reduce replacement or repair costs by half in case of theft or damage to the bicycle and/or accessories. In case of theft a formal Police Report must be lodged and a copy must be forwarded to us in order to activate the insurance. In case of damage a photo must be provided to us. Please see our Price List for replacement cost details.
Costs incurred for roadside assistance and/or transport services are at the rider's expense.

Once we have received your reservation request and confirmed availability, we will send you a formal confirmation email with a detailed invoice and payment link. Your payment due date and any applicable deposit is specific to your tour dates. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details. Your payment can be made via PayPal or credit card.

Travel insurance with a "cancel for any reason" option is strongly recommended. For riders in Portugal, supplemental insurance for Covid related events is available at Portugal Travel Insurance.
