All bike rentals include flat pedals, combination lock, mini tool, spare tube, pedal wrench and mini tool.
Camino Touring Packs include include flat pedals, helmet, handlebar bag, 2x20L panniers, combination lock, mini tool, spare tube, pedal wrench and mini tool.

For all bikes:

You may pay an additional fee for bicycle and equipment insurance which will reduce replacement or repair costs by half in case of theft or damage to the bicycle and/or accessories. In case of theft a formal Police Report must be lodged and a copy must be forwarded to us in order to activate the insurance. In case of damage a photo must be provided to us. Please see our Price List for replacement cost details.
Costs incurred for roadside assistance and/or transport services are at the rider's expense.

Delivery & Collection

To ensure smooth delivery and collection, your hotel must have a staffed reception and be willing to accept bike delivery on your behalf or hold bikes for collection.
Please see our Bike Friendly Hotels map for suggestions and helpful information. We suggest booking with the option of free cancellation in the event your chosen hotel is not able to accommodate bikes.
Please notify your hotel/s that you wish to have bikes to delivered before you arrive and/or kept for collection after your leave.
Please, no Airbnb or self catering holiday rentals.
