All Camino Packs include include flat pedals, helmet, handlebar bag, 2x20L panniers, combination lock, mini tool, spare tube, pedal wrench and mini tool.

Delivery & Collection

To ensure smooth delivery and collection, your hotel must have a staffed reception and be willing to accept bike delivery on your behalf or hold bikes for collection.
Please see our Bike Friendly Hotel Map. We suggest booking with free cancellation in the event your chosen hotel is not able to accommodate bikes.
Please notify your hotel/s that you wish to have bikes to delivered before you arrive and/or kept for collection after your leave.
Please, no Airbnb or self catering holiday rentals.

Once we have received your reservation request and confirmed availability, we will send you a formal confirmation email with a detailed invoice and payment link. Your payment due date is specific to your rental dates. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details. Your payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. For riders in Portugal, supplemental insurance for Covid related events is available at Portugal Travel Insurance.
