Our rides are a great way of taking in the sights and enjoying quite roads. A good level of physical fitness is required for Mountain and E-Bike Tours. Sintra is hilly so these are challenging rides!
Bring comfortable riding shoes with a firm sole & layered clothes rather than heavy jackets. Sun glasses and Sun Screen are recommended! Helmets are required & are provided by us.

Mountain Bike Day Trips always include a guide for safety and enjoyment reasons, as the trails are not marked. On Road Trip prices are quoted as Self-Guided & Guided. You can choose the Private Guided option on any Day Trip.
